"A goal properly set is halfway reached.” – Abraham Lincoln

Dear Friend,

Did you know that people often overestimate what they can accomplish in a year, yet radically underestimate what they can do in a decade? When it comes to our homes, goal setting is the surest path to attaining the things we want. Purpose, direction and a deadline!

In this article I am providing you information on how to set goals so that you have the best opportunity to achieve them.

The way to create an effective plan of action is to give yourself TIME to think through what you want. Be realistic with what you can achieve and then set a deadline. On completion, remember to celebrate your success before moving on to the next task.

Try jotting down  a few ideas; it has been shown that once written there is a significantly higher probablility that a goal will be reached.  I hope you have fun setting goals for your future.

If any of your goals are home improvements and you need a referral to a good trade or sevice professional, let me know; since I am so active in the market, I've come across some excellent resources and would love to share them with you.

Happy Goal Setting!

Sincerely,
